About us
An equity-driven consultancy born from experience.
Global Impact Network (GIN) Consulting is a women-of-color-led advisory firm based in Toronto, working across North America and the Global South. We bring research, strategy, and systems change expertise to nonprofits, foundations, and public institutions.
Our story
Why we built GIN Consulting
GIN was founded from lived experience. Musammat Badrunnesha spent two decades watching mission-driven organizations struggle with the same problems: missed funding, under-resourced systems, and technology adopted without strategy. GIN was built to close that gap, bringing senior-level expertise, global perspective, and genuine partnership to the organizations doing the most important work. The firm brings together researchers, policy strategists, and technical specialists with deep roots in Canada and internationally. Every engagement draws on that combined expertise. Not a single consultant working from a template.
Our Vision
A world where communities thrive through evidence-informed solutions.
Our Mission
We connect evidence, policy, and people through an equity-driven consultancy model born from the lived experience of immigrant women of colour.
Equity & Inclusion
Centering racialized voices and lived experience to dismantle systemic barriers and foster genuine belonging across all program design.
Collaboration
Engaging in horizontal partnerships with communities and stakeholders to co-design evidence-informed and culturally resonant solutions.
Learning & Reflection
Embracing continuous growth and critical self-reflection to ensure our strategies remain adaptive, evidence-based, and impactful.
