An equity-driven consultancy born from lived experience.
Global Impact Network (GIN) Consulting is a women-of-color-led consultancy based in Toronto, Canada. Our firm was born from the lived experiences of immigrant women of color who recognized a critical gap between policy design and community reality. We operate at the intersection of equity and evidence, providing transformative solutions for the nonprofit sector. Our mission is to connect evidence, policy, and people through a world-class intersectional lens that prioritizes gender, migration, and social justice. We envision a world where every community can thrive through evidence-informed, equitable solutions.
